The Presence of Fathers Is Priceless
As a devoted father of two (5 and 3 years old) and a committed husband, I’ve felt the intensity of stepping into fatherhood. My commitment to fathers sprouted from a simple realization: the family unit is the most powerful force in the world. In my work as a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the past 10 years and a rites of passage guide and men’s work facilitator for the past 8, it’s quite clear to me that men are struggling. We lack support, we’re stressed and under resourced. How are we expected to raise the next generations in that state?
Recognizing the pivotal role of fatherhood, I've amalgamated my academic background, coaching expertise, and spiritual leadership to craft offerings tailored to support the nucleus of strength—the family unit.
As a men’s coach, I've co-created and led diverse programs aimed at cultivating virtues like integrity, vulnerability, resilience, and accountability. While actively engaged in this work and leading as a member of a men’s team, a significant turning point occurred when my son was born five years ago.
Upon reflecting on my team, I realized I was the sole father among them. Despite their unwavering support, it became evident that their understanding was limited by the absence of firsthand fatherhood experience. This realization ignited my determination to carve out a dedicated space for fathers.
Since then, my journey has encompassed one-on-one client engagements, 10-week programs, and various workshops geared towards helping fathers be the best version of themselves for the sake of their families.
